UF Health Urology – Medical Plaza

If it is your first visit, it is important to obtain the records from any previous pediatric urologist your child may have seen. Also, it is essential that you bring the actual X-ray studies (not just the results) that your child has had at other institutions (VCUG, Ultrasound, Renal Scan). The physician relies on this information to treat your child appropriately, and failure to bring this information may necessitate the rescheduling of your appointment.

After 5PM or on weekends, if you have a problem, call UF & Shands Hospital (352) 265-0111 and ask for the Urology resident on call. If you have an emergency, as always, go to your nearest Emergency Room or phone 911.
