Make an Appointment

To make an appointment please call 352.265.8240.  Please keep in mind that many urology patients will require radiological testing prior to their appointment.  If you do not obtain the tests prior to your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

If it is your first visit, it is important to obtain the records from any previous pediatric urologist your child may have seen.  Also, it is essential that you bring the actual X-ray studies (not just the results) that your child has had at other institutions (VCUG, Ultrasound, Renal Scan).   The physician relies on this information to treat your child appropriately, and failure to bring this information may necessitate the rescheduling of your appointment.  You will also be required to fill out a Child History Form and bring that with you to your appointment.
