The University of Florida Board of Trustees and the College of Medicine has recently announced the promotion of its faculty and tenure appointments. Congratulations to Dr. Vincent Bird, who was promoted to Professor. Important factors in granting tenure and promotion include international recognition of scholarship, the quality and impact of teaching and contributions to the University of Florida.
Dr. Bird joined the UF Department of Urology in July, 2010. His clinical interests and skills are: Endourology and Urinary tract stone prevention and treatment.
