It is my pleasure to announce the addition of
James (JB) Mason, MD
as a new faculty member in the Department of Urology at UF Health
and the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center
Dr. Mason is a former graduate of the UF Department of Urology residency program who recently completed a one-year advanced fellowship in Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery, University of Iowa Healthcare, Iowa City, IA. He brings expertise in reconstructive genitourinary surgeries such as urethral reconstruction, re-operative abdominal and pelvic surgery, and prosthetic surgery for incontinence and erectile dysfunction. He has broad clinical offerings including open, laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Dr. Mason will have his primary appointment at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center but will also be seeing patients one day of a week at the urology clinic at UF Medical Plaza.
