Congratulations to Drs. Julia Han, Russell Terry, and Louis Moy for making the cover of this month’s Urology (Gold) Journal!
Their publication entitled, “Gender and Subspecialty of Urology Faculty in Department-Based Leadership Roles” was highlighted for its focus on the disproportionate under-representation of women in urology across all positions of academic and educational leadership. The article emphasizes the need for institutions to recruit and maintain women in academic urology in order to foster growth for our best and brightest physicians of the future.
