Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Define BCG refractory NMIBC
- Discuss the natural history and guideline-based treatment of BCG refractory NMIBC
- Review literature on intravesical chemotherapy and immunotherapy

- Describe how above treatment options compare to cystectomy
- Enhance our ability to have thoughtful shared decision-making discussions with our patients
