LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Define BCG refractory NMIBC
  2. Discuss the natural history and guideline-based treatment of BCG refractory NMIBC
  3. Review literature on intravesical chemotherapy and immunotherapy

                            Valrubicin

                            Gemcitabine

                            Docetaxel

                            Mitomycin

                            Pembrolizumab

  • Describe how above treatment options compare to cystectomy
  • Enhance our ability to have thoughtful shared decision-making discussions with our patients
