LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Introduce and define transitional care in urology.
- Discuss the difficulties and high-risk complications associated with delayed care particularly in early transition.
- Review several commonly seen congenital problems that pose unique challenges for adult urologists and adult patients.
- Discuss long-term surveillance and treatment recommendations, if applicable, for various congenital urologic problems.
