Each year, the College of Medicine recognizes faculty educators who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to mentorship, growth and training of learners. This year, I am proud to award Drs. Benjamin Canales and Paul Crispen for their contribution to resident and medical student education within the UF Department of Urology. Each year it is always a challenge to choose only two faculty for this award as our entire faculty are generally rated very highly by our learners. However, these two faculty members rank amongst the very top of our faculty based on feedback from students and residents.

Congratulations to you both and thank you for your unwavering commitment to our program’s educational mission!
