We are excited to announce that rising second-year medical student Anirudh Venkatesh was selected this summer for a National Institutes of Health-funded R25 research fellowship (RENUM-FL) hosted by UF Department of Urology and mentored by Dr. Benjamin Canales. His project entitled, “Spot Urinary Oxalate Levels in a Controlled Trial of Forced Hydration and Spinach Consumption for Calcium Oxalate Stone Formers” is co-sponsored through a grant from the Endourology Society Summer Student Scholarship Program.
