We are thrilled to announce the promotion of John Michael DiBianco, MD to the new Chief of the Division of Endourology within the Department of Urology at the University of Florida College of Medicine. In addition, he has been bestowed the Birdwell Finlayson Research Professorship. Dr. Finlayson was a former UF Urology faculty member and a world-renowned pioneer in kidney stone treatment and research. As such it is fitting that Dr. DiBianco received these two honorifics due to his clinical excellence and health outcomes research involving improving the quality of care for kidney stone patients in the state of Florida.
