Thank you for your interest in the Urology Residency Program at the University of Florida! We are excited to be considered as part of your graduate medical training!
The Urology Residency Program considers every application. Our Program Director and our Urology Residency Review Committee, comprised of department faculty members, review all applications individually. Residents are selected based on their academic achievement, personal qualities and ability to excel in the rigors of urologic education.
Resident candidates submit their applications to the department through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS).
We offer 2 virtual interview dates and interview approximately 45-50 applicants for 4 available Urology positions per year. We receive applications from many well-qualified applicants, making it impossible to interview all who apply. Because of this we ask that, should you be offered an interview, you respond with your acceptance or denial as soon as possible. This will allow the offer to be made to another applicant.
